When you buy something please make a written agreement and get it signed. The specifications of the property, delivery date and the amount of cost and payment plan should be clearly stated. Please be informed that we do not take responsibility of promises given by any sales agent unless they are mentioned on our web site. In order to be sure, please check our web site carefully and print a copy of specifications for the property you have decided to purchase.

PROCEDURES ON BUYING A PROPERTY

The title deed for real estate properties is called ‘'tapu'' in Turkish. The surest way to obtain a property is through Land Registry Office. They give the tapu in the presence of the owner or representer, the purchaser and a sworn interpreter. Even the purchases through notaries are not that sure and solid as well as Land Registry Office's. Further information will be given in case you buy a property.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

After we reach an agreement with the customer through e-mail, fax or telephone;
    - we make hotel reservations 
    - we meet them at the airport
    - we help them enjoy Alanya during his/her stay
    - we see them off at the airport even if they don't buy any property.
Only the hotel accommadation is paid by the customer. We don't charge anything for the other services such as transportation and helping to go sightseeing.

DETAILS

1. When purchasing a property you pay:
    a- real-estate buying tax
    b- donation to educational fund, %(mandatory)
    c- Earthquake insurance €10
    d- Various forms €10
    e- sworn interpreter €50

2. On delivering ‘tapu' the seller the purchaser, sworn interpreter and a representative of notary must be present of Land Registery Office

3. A written approval is obteimed from the military authorities prior to the delivery of Tapu. At present it takes 3 month. But it is expected to get it in a week soon.

UPON REQUEST BY THE CUSTOMER

We undertake the yearly control and maintenance of the property.
Interval cleaning and airing the house or apartment.
Controlling the electricity and the plumbing
Paying the bills if any, real estate tax.
Thorough cleaning before customer's arrival for holiday or permanent stay.
